Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a fee or result in forfeiture of the appointment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and could incur a late cancellation fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a charge for the partial service booked.
